Amy Ogle, MS, RDN
Founder/President
Amy is a nationally recognized clinician educator, and author. She was the first credentialed dietitian/exercise physiologist to focus exclusively on preconception health literacy through a series of lay publications – first a video/booklet, then two books with an Ob-Gyn co-author, all themed “Before Your Pregnancy: A 90-Day Guide for Couples on How to Prepare for a Healthy Conception.” She received her B.S. degree in community nutrition from University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in exercise physiology from San Diego State University. Now Amy continues in the same vein in the nonprofit sector as the founder of the Preconception Education Partnership (PEP), featuring the “PartnerPepTalk” as its central outreach tool for reproductive-age intimate partners and their healthcare providers.
