The How: Multilevel Strategies
“PartnerPEPTalk Basics” and “PartnerPEPTalk for Intimate Partners” focus on trauma-informed reproductive life planning, health, fertility, and contraception. “Preconception Medical Checklists” guide patients and providers in effective preparation.
We advocate for at least 3-6 months of preconception planning during major windows of sperm and egg development, even if partners feel fine. Our approach involves engaging physical and mental health specialists, dentists, pharmacists, and more.
We inform and engage local and global communities through posters, videos, a website hub, social media campaigns, and preventive health toolkits—often pilot-tested to ensure effectiveness and impact.
Our founder, a dietitian, exercise physiologist, and co-author with nearly 30 years of experience in preconception health literacy, is available for collaboration, clinician training, and partnership in grant-funded programs, including social marketing campaigns.
